This playbook by Luminary Labs highlights how small companies have created meaningful and mutually beneficial employee benefits. I treated the images with a lo-fi printing and hand-collaged style to create visual consistency in the variously-sourced photographs and emphasize the human subject. Luminary Labs’ brand colors were used to color code the types of benefits, and I married their brand style with their Field Notes inspiration in treating the type.
The results exceeded all expectations, trending on SlideShare’s front page and earning over 30,000 views, attracting a feature by Business Insider, and being a hit at The Clinton Foundation’s conference as a published book.
